EO Supercluster Conference: A Gathering of Visionaries
One of the highlights of our inaugural year was our participation in the EO Supercluster Conference in October 2023. This gathering brought together visionaries, innovators, and projects dedicated to Earth Observation. It was a platform where MultiMiner had the opportunity to showcase our progress, engage in insightful discussions, and gain valuable perspectives from like-minded pioneers in the field.
Field Works Spotlight: Trailblazing Solutions in Mining
Our commitment to innovation was evident in our field works, a cornerstone of our progress. We pioneered an integrated approach to tailings dam stability monitoring, leveraging Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data. This method ensures a comprehensive and real-time assessment of dam stability, setting a new standard for the industry.
Innovations in ground moisture monitoring were showcased at the Ihalainen mine. Through the deployment of ground moisture measuring sensor stations and drone data acquisition with thermal cameras, we’re transforming how we monitor and understand the environmental impact of mining activities.

The power of collaboration was evident in our partnerships with VTT, GTK, and Nordkalk. Together, we accomplished significant milestones, proving that collective expertise and dedication are key drivers of positive change in the mining sector.
